Delta and Universal Instruments Generate Buzz at SEMICON Taiwan 2024 with OT+IT Solutions

Delta showcased its cutting-edge digital twin and artificial intelligence (AI) technologies at SEMICON Taiwan 2024, the premier semiconductor event that concluded September 6th. Presenting a range of integrated hardware and software solutions, Delta demonstrated flexible applications across front-end and back-end semiconductor processes. Delta also shared its significant achievements in digital transformation and cybersecurity, drawing a continuous stream of exhibit visitors.

To address rapid product iterations in the industry, Delta has integrated Digital Twin technology with front-end semiconductor equipment, and unveiled the DIATwin Virtual Machine Development Platform. The dynamic virtual-physical integration demonstration highlighted the powerful capabilities of digital twin machines, and attracted a large audience. Delta's Wafer Edge Profile Measurement Solution for front-end processes, which seamlessly integrates multiple functions into a single machine, received widespread acclaim from the industry. Additionally, Delta, in collaboration with Universal Instruments, showcased High-Speed Multi-Die Advanced Packaging equipment designed for back-end processes. Delta is also proactively addressing the cybersecurity challenges brought about by digital transformation, leading the industry by planning to adopt SEMI E187 cybersecurity certification to enhance equipment security protection.
