台達年輕學者科技講座

台達長期致力於電力電子、能源永續、智慧製造等領域之研究發展，對於研發人才的培育更是不遺餘力。2023年起台達設置「台達年輕學者科技講座」，透過此獎項，希望提供傑出的年輕學者實質的獎勵與未來長期合作的機會，將企業能量與資源挹注於學術界，為創新與菁英研究人才之陶鑄盡一份心力。

Delta Group maintains a deep commitment to research and development in the fields of power electronics, sustainable energy, and intelligent manufacturing, and has spared no effort in nurturing the requisite talents. Starting from 2023, Delta Group has established the "Delta Young Technology Scholar Award" to provide substantial recognition and opportunities for long-term collaboration to outstanding young scholars. Through this award, Delta Group aims to inject corporate energy and resources into academia, while dedicating special efforts to fostering innovation and cultivating elite research talents.

申請人於每年申請截止日8月31日計算年齡於45歲（含）以下，且具備下列資格之一：
1. 國內公私立大專校院編制內之專任助理教授以上或相當資格之人員。
2. 由國內專科以上學校遴聘符合法令規定資格，並全時任職，按月支給薪酬之非編制內專任教學人員。

Applicants must be below the age of forty-five (inclusive) as of the application deadline, hold a doctoral degree, and meet one of the following qualifications:

• Full-time assistant professor or higher position (or equivalent) within the organizational structure of public or private universities and colleges in the country.
• Full-time teaching staff on a non-quota basis who is hired by domestic post-secondary institutions, meets the legal qualifications, works full-time, and receives a monthly salary.
