2025 Annual General Shareholders' Meeting Notice
1. Items on the agenda proposed for proposal and discussion, respectively, will be voted on and resolved concurrently after discussion one by one and votes for each proposal will be counted separately.
2. The shareholder voting right could be exercised through the Internet from April 29, 2025 to May 26, 2025. Please login to the TDCC (Taiwan Depository & Clearing Corporation) website to exercise voting rights in accordance with the online instruction (website：https://stockservices.tdcc.com.tw).
