Delta Takes the Lead at “Taipei Int’l Industrial Automation Exhibition 2021” with Smart Manufacturing Webinars Themed “Digitized Automation for a Changing World”

From 8/6 to 8/27, Every Friday at 2 pm sharp, Join the live streaming on the YouTube Channel of Delta Industrial Automation

The “Taipei Int'l Industrial Automation Exhibition” (Automation Show) commands the attention of the global industrial automation industry every August. However, due to the COVID-19 pandemic, the exhibition has announced it will postpone the show until this December. Yet, smart manufacturing is still in progress, and everyone in the field is eager to see more about intelligence, digitization, and transformation. Interested parties, such as automation product providers, system integrators, machine makers, and end-users are looking forward to shifting toward higher-value-added solutions with equipment, management, and factory upgrades. Observing that expectations will not decrease because of the exhibition rescheduling, Delta Industrial Automation Business Group (IABG) is taking the lead in introducing a series of events for “Automation Show 2021.” First will be a sequence of four smart manufacturing webinars starting from 8/6 (Fri.). During the webinars, Delta will present its advanced smart solutions via live streaming, and provide a fascinating perspective for audiences to explore “Digitized Automation for a Changing World.”

From 8/6 to 8/27, Delta IABG will live stream on the Delta Industrial Automation YouTube Channel every Friday at 2 pm. The live stream will share information on topics such as automated storage, smart logistics, production line upgrades, visualization management, and MES (Manufacturing Execution System). We welcome you to join and find out more about Delta’s smart manufacturing expertise in “Digitized Automation for a Changing World”.

• 8/6 Automated Storage and Smart Logistics with Software & Hardware Integration

The smart factory idea has developed from digitization, cyberization to smart manufacturing. How to manage technologies and operation via integrated software and hardware methods has become critical. For the first week of the Delta Automation Show 2021 Webinars, Delta will share solutions that consider storage management, material control, and equipment management. By adopting the DIAWMS Warehouse Management System, DIAMCS Material Control System, and DIAEMS Equipment Management System, it optimizes storage, utilization, and transport efficiency by IT/OT convergence.

• 8/13 Smart Upgrades of Production Line

The second week of the Delta Automation Show 2021 Webinars will focus on the topic of smart upgrades for the production line. Delta will share its own experience of implementing a comprehensive smart production line through hardware, system, and culture. On top of that, Delta will present the solution for SMT (Surface Mount Technology) factories and explain how Delta helps customers increase productivity, simplify onsite reporting operation, track bidirectional quality, enhance yield rate and fulfill digital transformation.

• 8/20 Green Factory Visualization Management

Following the topic of smart upgrades from the previous week, Delta will then focus on green manufacturing. As “Carbon Balance” has become a major concern in the industry, Delta will present its smart monitoring and energy management solution based on IIoT and visualization. The solution contains Delta’s new force from acquisition, VTScada, and the self-developed DIAEnergie Industrial Energy Management System to help customers build green factories and remain sustainable while pursuing technological innovations.

• 8/27 MES for the Smart Transformation of Automotive Electronics

For the last week of the Delta Automation Show 2021 Webinars, Delta will showcase how the edgeMES Manufacturing Execution System integrates manufacturing resources for digitalized production. Delta will also give details on edgeMES building a digitized working environment by collecting real-time production data to manage personnel utilization and complete projects on schedule and budget. Finally, Delta will leverage an actual case and demonstrate how Delta helps an automotive electronics factory in conducting smart upgrades with standardization, automation, and digitization to achieve smart manufacturing of mass production step by step.

Besides the webinars, Delta IABG is also preparing the “Delta Virtual Exhibition” for the “Taipei Int’l Industrial Automation Exhibition 2021” in October. With the abundant high-quality contents of the virtual exhibition, visitors will experience an outstanding tour of “Digitized Automation for a Changing World” and receive an in-depth understanding of Delta’s smart manufacturing solutions.
