In November 2020, Delta acquired Trihedral Engineering Limited, a SCADA and IIoT software company based in Canada. The acquisition unites the strengths of Delta's software/hardware with Trihedral's software in the rapidly growing fields of industrial automation, AI and data analytics. As a result, Delta is now vigorously promoting VTScada – the advanced SCADA system of Trihedral – to global markets.
