Delta Electronics Ranks No. 3 for Best IR Practices for IR Magazine's Greater China 2012 Awards, and Wins Taiwan's Best CEO and Best IR Officer Awards

IR Magazine announced the winning companies of its 12th IR Magazine Greater China Awards. Delta was listed on IR Magazine's short list in eight categories and ranked third—after China Telecom and TSMC—for best IR practices in 2012 for its outstanding IR performance. Delta Electronics Chairman Mr. Yancey Hai was also honored with the Best CEO Award. Executives from ASUSTeK Computer, Taiwan Semiconductor Manufacturing Company and Wistron Corporation were also on the best CEO short list.

Delta received recognition for outstanding performance in all aspects of IR this year, receiving honorable mention for: Grand Prix for best overall investor relations-large cap, best investor relations by a Taiwanese company, best use of technology, best investment community meetings, best corporate governance and disclosure, as well as technologies & telecoms awards. In addition, IR manager Mr. Rodney Liu received the Best IR Officer Award.

The 12th IR Magazine Greater China Awards ceremony was held on December 11th 2012, in Hong Kong. The award is one of most anticipated annual events in Asia's IR industry. Each year major IR institutions in Taiwan, China and Hong Kong are invited by IR magazine to provide their recommendations and votes for each award. Based on a vote tally, the top four companies were placed on a short list for each award and the top 30 companies in Greater China were ranked accordingly.
