Delta CNC Controller NC5 Series Praised at TIMTOS 2023 for Industry-Specific CAD/CAM Integration

During the TIMTOS 2023 exhibition, which ended March 11th, Delta received much praise and recognition for its theme of “Cloud & On-Premises Integration for Sustainable Smart Manufacturing” as well as for its numerous exhibits on the five topics of “Manufacturing Operation Visualization”, “CNC Industry-Specific Applications”, “Smart Manufacturing Integration”, “ESG Fulfillment for the Industry”, and “Smart Machines”. Among all, the CNC Controller NC5 Series stood out with its hardware-software integration features including built-in industry CAD/CAM and energy consumption calculation for machining. The NC5 Series integrates machine tool and robot arm controllers and is suitable for lathe, milling, wood routing, multi-spindle machinery, and other CNC machining scenarios to fulfill smart upgrades, enhance productivity and yield rate, and achieve environmental sustainability.

At the exhibition Delta joined forces with machine makers and system integrators to showcase CNC machine tools adopting Delta’s NC5 Series solutions. Not only did it build a more robust ecosystem but it demonstrated that Delta has been up-and-coming in the CNC field. Moreover, Dr. David Tsai, the deputy head of Delta’s Industrial Automation Business Group (IABG) attended TIMTOS 2023 to have in-depth discussions with CNC customers and receive actual feedback from field users and to show that Delta is committed to the machining industry.
