The Power of Motion – Delta Industrial Automation Showcases at America's Largest Manufacturing Show - IMTS 2014

Delta attended this year's International Manufacturing Technology Show (IMTS 2014)the largest in America, from September 8th-13th in Chicago to present its industrial automation products and solutions, fans, EMI filters, and thermal management solutions.

Delta's booth was located in the Motion Drives & Automation section with other industry-leading servo and robotics exhibitors. As a leading automation solution provider, Delta displayed its many industrial automation products and solutions, including AC motor drives, human machine interfaces (HMI), programmable logic controllers (PLC), temperature controllers and servo systems.

Delta showcased its servo systems along with three motion demos highlighting precision, high speed and effectiveness for machine automation. The three demos are:

•Linear flying shear control with the AC Motor Drive ASDA-A2 Series as core control and drive
•High performance EtherCAT Interface Servo Drive ASDA A2-E Series running three synchronized axis controlled by Trio's motion controller
•Three-axis Synchronous Servo System ASDA-M Series performing precise ping-pong ball placement

During the tradeshow, Delta's sales team was glad to see the presence of Delta's AC motor drives, HMIs and AC servo drives used in many display machines of other companies, which effectively demonstrated Delta products' capability of easy interfacing.
