Delta Wraps Up SEMICON Taiwan with Semiconductor Smart Manufacturing Innovations
Delta concluded its participation in SEMICON Taiwan 2025 after great success presenting forward-looking technologies and integrated solutions for semiconductor manufacturing, and fully demonstrating its strong capabilities in smart manufacturing. This year, Delta highlighted precision, efficiency, and cybersecurity as its core themes, unveiling solutions that include front-end and back-end process equipment, advanced packaging, highly integrated digital twin technologies, and cybersecurity protection.
Delta’s Multi-Die Advanced Packaging Platform drew significant attention. It can double production capacity compared to similar solutions, achieve speeds up to three times the industry average, and deliver ±2 μm positioning accuracy along with ±0.005° angular accuracy. The platform also offers high flexibility, capable of handling various chip and component types, greatly enhancing packaging efficiency.
With regards to digital transformation, Delta showcased for the first time the integration of the Wafer Sorter with the DIATwin Virtual Machine Development Platform, enabling precise simulation of scanning and inspection to improve yield rates. Delta also launched the Equipment Onboarding Suite, a virtual equipment onboarding solution that integrates DIATwin, DIAEAP+ Equipment Automation Program, and DIASECS Semiconductor Equipment Standard Communication and Control Application Software platforms. This helps customers accelerate testing, shorten communication time, and build truly seamless smart production lines.
Delta also continues to strengthen cybersecurity measures. At the exhibition, it presented a one-stop cybersecurity solution that integrates application whitelisting, automated firmware analysis tools, and vulnerability management mechanisms, comprehensively enhancing semiconductor equipment security. Delta was also awarded the SEMI E187 certification by ITRI, becoming one of the first companies to receive a compliance inspection report.
Demonstrating its commitment to equipment safety and reliability, Delta commissioned the Precision Machinery Research & Development Center (PMC) to conduct verification based on SEMI S2 standards. In September 2025, Delta’s Wafer Profiler successfully passed the review and received certification. This not only highlights Delta’s dedication to equipment safety but also helps Taiwan’s wafer manufacturing industry reduce costs and enhance global competitiveness.
During the exhibition, Delta was honored to welcome distinguished guests from around the world, including government officials from Germany, youth representatives from Africa, and members of the American Chamber of Commerce in Taiwan. Visitors explored Delta’s innovative technologies at the booth and expressed a positive response to Delta’s achievements in smart manufacturing and cybersecurity integration. Through these international exchanges, Delta not only showcased its technological strengths but also further strengthened global industry collaboration, jointly shaping the future blueprint of the semiconductor industry.
