Delta Exhibits Integrated Hardware-Software Automation and Cybersecurity Solutions for Advanced Semiconductor Manufacturing at SEMICON Taiwan
TAIPEI, September 10, 2025 – Delta, a global leader in power management and smart green solutions, is demonstrating seamlessly integrated hardware-software automation and cybersecurity solutions for next-generation semiconductor manufacturing at SEMICON Taiwan 2025. Among the highlights, the Multi-Die Advanced Packaging Platform can double production capacity compared to competing offerings, while achieving speeds three times faster than the industry average and with optimal precision. In addition, Delta is underscoring its hardware and software system integration prowess through its digital twin technology for production processes, enabling real-time efficiency optimization, while strengthening cybersecurity and smart manufacturing capabilities.
Andy Liu, General Manager of Delta’s Industrial Automation Business Group, stated, “The semiconductor industry is undergoing rapid technological evolution and supply chain transformation, where precision, flexibility, and cybersecurity have become critical to achieve superior competitiveness. Delta has become a trusted partner in the semiconductor industry because our cutting-edge systems and integration solutions, which include new advanced automation and digital twin technologies, are helping our customers across the entire value chain to accelerate their transition towards smart manufacturing.”
To meet the semiconductor industry’s growing demand for diversified and highly precise processes, Delta is showcasing its key equipment for wafer quality inspection. It introduces its high-performance FuzionSC™ Multi-Die Advanced Packaging Platform, equipped with the new 4-spindle FZ4 UHA placement head. The platform achieves ±2μm positional accuracy and ±0.005° angular accuracy. Moreover, it is capable of handling diverse chips and components on a single platform, dramatically boosting efficiency and flexibility in advanced packaging.
Delta is also demonstrating its digital transformation capabilities by showcasing the Wafer Sorter integrated with the DIATwin digital twin platform for the first time. This solution enables virtual scanning and precise wafer position verification, significantly enhancing production efficiency and yield. In addition, Delta introduces the Equipment Onboarding Suite, which integrates the DIATwin digital twin platform, the DIAEAP+ Equipment Automation Program, and the DIASECS Semiconductor Equipment Standard Communication and Control Application Software. This suite consolidates production data from various equipment, leveraging digital twin technology to complete pre-installation testing, reduce specification alignment time, and establish a fully integrated semiconductor production line information system. Delta leverages NVIDIA Omniverse libraries and frameworks, including NVIDIA Isaac Sim and PhysX to build physically accurate virtual smart factories.
As cybersecurity challenges grow, Delta provides a one-stop cybersecurity solution. By deploying application whitelisting and automated firmware analysis tools, Delta strengthens equipment protection and vulnerability management. In 2024, Delta also obtained the SEMI E187 certification from ITRI, becoming one of the first companies to receive a compliance inspection report. This enables us to help semiconductor equipment customers accelerate the process of international cybersecurity certification, creating smart manufacturing environments that are both resilient and flexible.
SEMICON Taiwan 2025 is held from September 10 to 12. Delta’s booth will be located at Taipei Nangang Exhibition Center, Hall 2, 1F, booth number Q5438. Delta warmly welcomes media friends and all guests to visit.
