Embracing Prosperity in the Year of the Snake: Delta IABG Signs 2025 Cooperation Contracts with Taiwanese Distributors
Delta Industrial Automation Business Group (IABG) held its 2025 Cooperation Contract Signing Ceremony on Dec. 30, 2024, led by General Manager Andy Liu. Together with three channel partners: ACE Pillar Co., Ltd. (ACE Pillar), USE Electronics Co., Ltd. (USE Electronics), and Jidien Co., Ltd. (Jidien), IABG formally signed contracts for the upcoming year. This solidifies longstanding partnerships and deepens our commitments to collaboration. The ceremony brought together Delta and distributor partners, setting the stage for future growth and paving the way for a bright cooperation.
Reflecting on challenges, creating new opportunities
The ceremony opened with a video reflecting on 2024’s global market challenges and IABG’s resilience, supported by its dedicated channel partners. The video concluded with an inspiring outlook for 2025’s opportunities in industrial automation. Deputy business group (BG) heads, Dr. David Tsai and Joe Wu attended the event and delivered speeches. Looking ahead to 2025, Dr. Tsai highlighted the continued growth of Taiwan’s market, with export orders expected to grow steadily. Capitalizing on this market opportunity, IABG aims to deepen its presence in key industries such as semiconductor CoWoS and data centers. At the same time, IABG will focus on addressing application challenges and refining workflows, providing innovative, high-value solutions while targeting market-leading customers for mutual success.
Joe Wu noted IABG’s significant progress in 2024, achieving strong sales in smart manufacturing, system integration, IIoT, semiconductors, and energy efficiency. From standalone machines to production line solutions, these achievements reflect IABG’s commitment to excellence and innovation in equipment and solutions. He expressed gratitude for the unwavering support of distributor partners and looked forward to continued collaboration in creating new opportunities.
Showcasing achievements & plans
The IABG Global Sales Team presented an in-depth analysis of 2025 global market trends and sales strategies for the Taiwan market, aiming at Machine Automation (MA), Factory Automation (FA), and Process Automation (PA). By leveraging insights into customer and industry dynamics, Delta has identified key industries and customers. The team also emphasized ESG trends, AI computing, and digital twin technology as pivotal in driving smart manufacturing solutions and expanding market reach. Additional presentations from the Taiwan Solution Center, Sales Operation, Global Service, and Marketing teams shared 2024 highlights and 2025 plans, including technical support, sales services, and customer satisfaction enhancements. These insights provided partners with a clear roadmap of Delta’s future directions and initiatives, laying a solid foundation for success in the coming year.

Closing the event, Andy Sun, senior director of Global Sales & Marketing as well as business unit leaders shared reflections on 2024 and outlined goals for the new year.
