Reduced size and cost
A DTE main unit is able to extend 8 channels on it, and each channel is able to conduct independent PID operation and control. Compared to other temperature controller brands in terms of the size of the controller and the cost spent on the development, DTE is still able to contain 8 channels but saves at least 4 times of the installation space and more than 30% of the cost and wiring. Therefore, DTE is the relatively more competitive model in the market.

Extendable
The number of I/O points on the general temperature controller is fixed. Sometime, the user only needs one more set of I/O points but has to purchase another temperature controller, which causes unnecessary waste of money. However, DTE is I/O module extendable. The user only needs to buy extension cards to extend I/O points. The extension card is easy to install and remove.

High-speed transmission
When many temperature controllers are connected through RS-485 communication, the data of each channel can only be collected by polling. DTE has 8 channels on it, and only one communication command is required to collect all the data from the 8 channels. The baud rate is able to reach 115,200bps.

Portable Parameter Setting & Display
Many users are annoyed by having to set up the same parameter over and over again when using some old-type temperature controllers. To make it easier for the user, Delta developed DTE-2DS portable parameter setup and display module. Install DTE-2DS on another DTE to download or upload parameters, you will be able to save time spent on the parameter setup.
