AX-C Series Motion Controller

The AX-C series is a compact EtherCAT motion controller supporting up to 12 synchronized axes. Built on the CODESYS platform, it features built-in local I/O and expandable remote I/O, with Ethernet for device communication. It offers efficient program and motion control with superior performance, delivering an excellent user experience.

  • All-in-one motion control solution: Synchronizes up to 12 axes and offers an onboard EtherCAT master, dual Ethernet ports and a SD card slot. It also integrates RS-485 communication, a differential (encoder) input, 16 digital inputs (with 200kHz high speed counters*4) and 8 digital outputs (with 200kHz pulse-train outputs*4) in I/O interface to address basic control requirements
  • Exceptional execution speed: Utilizes a premium processor to achieve the execution speed of 1ns for basic LD instruction, ensuring speed and performance even when the control program gets larger
  • Quick and easy expansion: For I/O expansion, users can select from Delta’s various EtherCAT remote I/O modules according to specific needs to build a customized system with the best configuration
