Delta Embraces “Digitized Manufacturing for an Innovative Future” at Automation Taipei 2023
The Taipei International Industrial Automation Exhibition 2023 (Automation Taipei 2023) is opening from 23 to 26 August with the theme of automation and smart manufacturing. It is expected to attract hundreds of exhibitors to showcase software, hardware, and integrated system solutions as well as introduce smart upgrade strategies that help manufacturers optimize processes and add extra value to products, from production to application. Counting down to this annual grand industrial event, Delta has announced its attendance and booth location at M420, 4F, Hall 1, Taipei Nangang Exhibition Center. Delta will promote “Digitized Manufacturing for an Innovative Future” with a wide range of solutions and products, including Digitized Manufacturing Solutions, Digital Twin for Smart Equipment Implementation, Process Automation Solutions, and Smart Automation Products. During the exhibition, Delta will arrange booth tour sessions and seminars, welcoming visitors from different fields to come to its booth to learn more about digitization and smart manufacturing upgrades.
This year at Automation Taipei 2023, Delta will demonstrate exhibits, including:
- Digitized Manufacturing Solutions
Smart manufacturing is the key to digital transformation; therefore, industries are taking steps in upgrading machines, production lines, and factories to accelerate smart manufacturing. Aiming at these rising trends, Delta will present its Smart Manufacturing Solutions for the Electronics Assembly Industry DIAMOM and Smart Logistic Solutions during the exhibition. Delta will also showcase multiple live demos to perform processing simulations and highlight the strengths of Delta’s products and solutions.
- Digital Twin for Smart Equipment Implementation
Automation machines are required fundamentals for building smart production lines and factories. During Automation Taipei 2023. Delta will not only introduce the Virtual Machine Development Platform DIATwin but will also display the Digital Twin Machine Platform RTM/iRTM. The two exhibits will help manufacturers pre-evaluate production efficiency and formulate appropriate plans before implementing smart equipment into their production lines, and act as helpful tools for digital transformation.
- Process Automation Solutions
To meet Net Zero Emissions goals, Delta has long been dedicated to ESG topics and taken further actions towards practicing green manufacturing for a low-carbon and sustainable future. This year, Delta will exhibit the SCADA System VTScada, a centralized monitoring software that collects and integrates information from each plant and office. Visualized equipment and manufacturing data assist managers in conducting digital management for energy saving.
- Smart Automation Products
With industrial automation entering a mature stage, Delta will leverage its extensive knowledge and skills in the field and showcase a broad range of high-performance and quality products, including drives, servo systems, PLCs, sensors, HMIs, linear motion products, and others during the exhibition. Among these, Delta will introduce two featured products, a Compact Multi-Drive MX300 and 3D ToF Smart Camera DMV-T that will help customers establish a complete production chain and stay competitive in the market.
During the four days of the exhibition, Delta will hold six “smart manufacturing” seminar sessions by project managers and share topics such as the HMI IIoT Solution, High-Speed Fluid Machinery Solution, Compact Multi-Drive, IoT-Based Fundamentals, and more. The seminar topics will cover the keys to smart upgrades from multiple perspectives and show manufacturers shortcuts toward a digitized manufacturing future.
