Delta announces on behalf of its subsidiary, Delta Electronics (Thailand) Public Company Limited, the construction of Plant D16, D17 and D18

- 3.Counterparty to the contract and relationship with the Company: The counterparty to the civil work contract of Plant D16 and D17 is Huifeng Construction Co., Ltd. (”Huifeng Construction”), while the counterparty to the civil work contract of Plant D18 is New Nanyang Construction Co., Ltd. (”New Nanyang Construction”). The Company has no relationship with Huifeng Construction and New Nanyang Construction. Once the other counterparties are confirmed, the Company will announce it accordingly.

The civil work for Plant D16 and D17 is around THB 945 million contract value, and the civil work for Plant D18 is around THB 942 million contract value. Once the other relevant matters are confirmed, the Company will announce it accordingly.
