Why is the camera of the DMV3000 showing a black screen during detection?
There are four possible reasons for a black screen. Please check the following to solve the issue.
1. Hardware: Pease take off the lens cap and check if there is enough environmental lighting.
2. Hardware: Please decrease aperture values for more light to enter the camera.
3. Configuration: Please go to [Camera] > [Shutter Duration] and extend the shutter duration to increase the amount of light that reaches the camera sensor
4. If none of the above solves the problem, please check if the camera wires are connected properly and if the camera is functional.
