The sockets of the AS300 series PLC transmit and receive the user-defined communication codes. It usually communicates with a non-Modbus TCP device via Ethernet.

Please refer to the steps below to set up and enable the sockets:

1. Enter HWCONFIG, double click the Host icon, and select Ethernet Port Advanced Setting→Socket Function Enable.


2. Set up the communication protocol: TCP or UDP.


3. After setting, use the instruction codes below to enable the sockets in the editor.
