Electronics production processes can be divided into 2 stages: processing and inspection. The front-end processing requires precise, quick, agile and multitasking production, while the back-end inspection needs speed, reliability and accuracy for high availability. The Laser Soldering Production Line integrates Delta's IA products for a complete production flow. The front-end processes adopt the DVP-50MC Series PLC to control the 18-axes X-Y-Z platform (6 sets of 3 axes) for precise visual positioning, soldering, and flow control. The PLC logic control and built-in high-speed I/O receives the sensor signal for automated inspection and material / fixture distribution.
