Delta Electronics' Shareholders Approve NT$5.5 Cash Dividend

Delta Electronics, Inc. today held its annual general shareholders’ meeting, in which shareholders approved, among other resolutions, the Company’s financial results of 2021 and the respective dividend for shareholders: Each one thousand shares shall receive a cash dividend of approximately NT$5,500 (approximately NT$5.5 cash dividend per share).

In addition, shareholders also approved a newly-elected director and a newly-elected independent director to the Company’s board of directors. The newly-elected director is Shan-Shan Guo. The newly-elected independent director is Audrey Tseng.
