Please ensure that the wiring between PC and TP series is well connected. If Delta standard communication cable, DVPACAB530 is not used, please make sure that the pin numbers of the connectors for wiring are all correct. Please examine if the communication station address set on TPEditor software is the same as the station address of TP series. When not being sure which is the right TP station address, the users can set the communication station address on TPEditor software to 0 and communicate with TP series (0: broadcast mode).
