Sometimes when HMI communicates with AC Servo Drive or AC Motor Drive, the communication error will occur. But if on-line simulation is used at the same time, the communication error will not occur. Why?

Usually, it is caused by the interference during communication. The users should examine if the whole system is well grounded or not. If the error does not clear and still exists, please try one of the following methods: 1.If 3.8 inches or 5.7 inches HMI model is used, please ensure that 0V power supply of HMI is well connected to the communication ground (GND) of AC servo drive or AC motor drive. 2.If 8 inches, 9.4 inches or 10.4 inches HMI model is used, please ensure that the Pin 5 of communication port of HMI is well connected to the communication ground (GND) of AC servo drive or AC motor drive.
