Please explain why the Vector Control Drive C2000 Series keypad shows the IGBT OH1 Warning / Fault messages and how do I debug it.
When the IGBT temperature of the C2000 Series is between 105℃~110℃, the OH1 Warning message appears. The keypad displays the OH1 Fault message when the temperature exceeds 110℃.
The OH1 Warning message is shown below. It does not affect the device’s operation.

The OH1 Fault message is shown below. The device’s operation stops when the Fault message appears.

You must reduce the temperature of the device if the Warning or Fault message appears.
1.Users should check the operation status of the fan, and if there are any fibers or foreign objects clogging the fan blades and interfering with operation.
2.If the ambient temperature is too high, users can reduce the temperature by using external cooling equipment, such as air conditioning.
3.Any foreign objects clogging the heat sink will also interfere with heat dissipation.
The Warning message will disappear when the IGBT temperature is reduced to 100℃; however, when the Fault message shows the device must be RESET to resume operation.
