Delta Presents Complete Smart Machine Tool Solutions for Smart Manufacturing at TIMTOS 2019

The biannual machine tool exhibition “2019 Taipei International Machine Tool Show” (TIMTOS 2019) is going to be held on March 4th – 9th, 2019. Delta has announced its theme for this year as “Delta Smart Machine Solutions for an Upgrading Machine Tool Industry”, and will present its outstanding integration capabilities for machine tools, equipment IoT solutions and related IA products.

Delta will display a variety of its machine tool and CNC solutions from the previous 2018 Taiwan International Machine Tool Show, including its CNC Lathe Solution, Open CNC Solution, and CNC Machining Center Solution. At TIMTOS 2019 there will be two new highlights at Delta's booth:

• CNC Ultrasonic Machining Solution: Integrates a complete Delta CNC solution with the latest ultrasonic generator to instantly adjust and maintain the tool vibration frequency, ensuring the best ultrasonic engraving and milling quality.

• Grinder Solution: Adopts Delta's AC motor drive to drive the grinding wheel and offers simple wiring with Delta's servo system. It enhances processing quality with precise and quick operation. Combined with the 3D shape grinding simulation of the newest CAD/CAM software, it provides users with an excellent processing experience.

To fulfill customer requirements for fully automated production lines, Delta will also present the Articulated Robots and the Robotic Simulation Platform for machine tools to build efficient and agile automatic Pick-and-Place and processing solutions. Delta's Equipment IoT Solution connects production machines and a management system for a complete equipment IoT structure and smart production management.
