Delta Shows Behind-the-Scenes Glimpse of Smart Electronics Manufacturing Online

In September, Delta's Industrial Automation Business Group (IABG) shared its future collaborative blueprints for smart manufacturing online with its partners, including Microsoft, TrendMicro, Tatung System Technologies Inc. (TSTI) and Systex Corporation. Coming up, from October to November, IABG will introduce Smart Equipment and unveil the behind-the-scenes magic of smart electronics manufacturing. In addition to industrial robots, Delta also offers various smart equipment and key components that have long been adopted by the electronics manufacturing industry. Delta will present these products to attendees in the online forum, along with successful cases.

Delta's “Behind-the-Scenes of Smart Electronics Manufacturing” online forum will include the following smart equipment and components:

• October 16th – Conveyor Tracking Applications for Industrial Robots: At this session, Delta will introduce its full range of industrial robots and the conveyor tracking function for real applications in electronics manufacturing.

• October 30th – Insertion Machine for PCB Manufacturing: Delta's insertion machine will make its debut at this session. The insertion machine is key equipment for PCB production. It supports various insertion units for quick changeover, achieving quick and precise PCB insertion with a high yield rate. The insertion machine is connectable with the Manufacturing Execution System (MES) to upload production data in real time.

• November 13th – Depaneling Machine for PCB Manufacturing: Also making its debut is Delta's depaneling machine, which is fully in-line depaneling equipment. It features a stress feedback function to depanel the PCB from the set, ensuring precision and cleanness. Adopting Delta's machine vision system with OPT lighting for accurate positioning and compensation, the machine fulfills the requirement for efficient PCB depaneling.

All the sessions will be hosted in Chinese. Please visit the event site for more information: http://iacommunication.deltaww.com/webinar/index.html
