Taipei, Taiwan, April 28, 2015 – Delta Electronics, Inc. today held a meeting of the Board of Directors and approved the following: The 2014 earnings distribution proposed by the Board is NT$6.7 cash per share (NT$6,700 cash dividend per 1,000 shares).
