Delta Electronics, Inc., Unaudited Results for Fiscal 2004 - Net Income of NT$ 6.623 Billion

Taipei, Taiwan, January 31, 2005 – Delta Electronics today announced its unaudited P & L statement for 2004. Yearly revenue totaled NT$47.178 billion, 7.05 % higher than the forecast of NT$44.070 billion made in early 2004. Net income for 2004 was NT$6.623 billion, a 4.00 % increase as compared to the forecasted NT$ 6.369 billion. The company's 2004 earnings per common share were NT$4.18, higher than the forecasted NT$4.02; fully diluted earnings per share were NT$3.85, higher than NT$3.72 in financial forecast.
