Delta Electronics@@ Consolidated Sales Revenues for August 2013
Totaled NT$15,411 million

Taipei, Taiwan, September 9, 2013 – Delta Electronics, Inc., today announced that its consolidated sales revenues for August 2013 totaled NT$15,411 million, representing a 4 percent increase as compared to NT$14,766 million for July 2013 and a 4 percent decrease as compared to NT$16,034 million for August 2012.

The company's cumulative consolidated sales revenues from January to August in 2013 were NT$112,452 million, a 2 percent decrease as compared to NT$114,474 million for the same period in 2012.

Note: The aforementioned consolidated sales do not include DelSolar-related numbers due to the subsidiary's ongoing merger with Neo Solar Power, based on IFRS 5 since January 2013.
