Delta Electronics' Board of Directors Proposes 2014
Profit Distribution of NT$6.0 Cash per Share

Taipei, Taiwan, March 10, 2015 – Delta Electronics, Inc. today held a meeting of the Board of Directors, at which the Board adopted a proposal recommending the distribution of profit for the year 2014, and scheduled the Company's 2015 annual shareholders' meeting.

The Board approved the following:

1. The 2014 earnings distribution proposed by the Board is NT$6.0 cash per share (NT$6,000 cash dividend per 1,000 shares).

2. The Company's annual shareholders' meeting is scheduled for 2015/6/10 (Wednesday), at the 2F Auditorium, No.18, Xinglong Road, Taoyuan City, Taoyuan County, Taiwan, R.O.C. The registration of title transfer of common shares will be suspended from 2015/4/12 to 2015/6/10 inclusively.
