Delta Acquires Neo Solar Power Shares and Gains Two Seats on Board of Directors after NSP and Delsolar Merger
Taipei, Taiwan, May 31st, 2013, Delta Electronics, Inc. subsidiary Delsolar Co., Ltd. has merged with Neo Solar Power Corporation effective May 31st, 2013. After the merger, the new company will keep the name Neo Solar Power Corporation (NSP). Delta acquired 106,921,386 shares from NSP and gained two seats on the NSP Board of Directors.
