Shining on the World Stage! Delta Electronics Listed on BusinessWeek@@s "InfoTech100 2008"

Delta Electronics took No.86 in BusinessWeek magazine's "InfoTech100 2008" list of top performing tech companies around the globe announced on May 22. BusinessWeek first started compiling the list in 1998 to rank tech's top performers. In this 10th annual InfoTech100 list, Amazon.com and Apple took the top two spots.

To compile the InfoTech100, BusinessWeek sorted through the financial results of 30,500 publicly traded companies and rank the tech players on four criteria: shareholder return, return on equity, total revenues, and revenue growth. To qualify, companies had to have revenues of at least $300 million. Companies whose stock price has dropped more than 75%, whose sales shrank, or where other developments raised questions about future performance, were eliminated from contention.
