Executive Yuan Premier of Taiwan Mr. Jiang Yi-huah visited Delta and praised its leadership in Corporate Social Responsibility

Mr. Jiang Yi-huah , Premier of the Executive Yuan of Taiwan today (16) visited Delta's R&D Center in Taoyuan and was hosted by Founder and Honorary Chairman Mr. Bruce Cheng and Chairman Mr. Yancey Hai. Premier Jiang highlighted Delta's compliance to the government's economic policies such as the "Green Energy Project" and the "Brand Development Project" through its efforts to carry out "innovation in renewable energy development" and "international branding" which allow Delta to gain world-class competitiveness and CSR capabilities, key factors to become a prosperous enterprise.

Premier Jiang appreciated our corporate introduction presentation and witnessed the green architecture features of the Taoyuan R&D Center which includes solar energy systems, LED lighting, water-saving and rainwater recycling devices, water resources management systems and renewable energy solutions that helped the entire facility reduce up to 53% in energy consumption. In addition, the Taoyuan R&D Center confirms Delta's strengths in terms of software development through its IA and display software technologies which allow the HMI platform to collect and display this entire smart green building's conditions and indicators for eventual monitoring. Premier Jiang expressed strong interest in these advanced technologies.

In the meantime, Premier Jiang highlighted that Delta's employee compensation and bonuses represent 13% of revenues, significantly above the 7.5% average in the national high-tech industry, thus, describing it as a prosperous enterprise capable of delivering a positive impact to the community and that shall serve as a role model for other firms and industries.
