Multi-Loop Modular Temperature Controller – DTN Series

The DTN series consists of a measurement host, measurement extension module, I/O extension modules, an Ethernet module and EtherCAT module. A fully extended DTN group consists of a host, 7 measurement extension modules, 8 I/O extension modules, an Ethernet module or EtherCAT module for up to 64-point temperature control and section-compartmentalized heating.

The DTN series supports RS-485 connection and Ethernet / EtherCAT communication to achieve quick expansion, suitable for high-end multi-point temperature control applications.

  • The DTN Series consists of a measurement host, a measurement extension module, I/O extension modules, an Ethernet module and EtherCAT module
  • A single measurement host or measurement extension module provides up to 8 control loops. A DTN group may include a measurement host and multiple measurement extension modules, providing up to 64 control loops:
    (Measurement host + output extension module) × 1 + (Measurement extension module + output extension module) × 7
  • Each measurement host or measurement extension module can pair with one I/O extension module for flexible [Control], [Alarm], and [Retransmission] output configuration





 
Ethernet Communication for Fast and Stable Transition & Simple Wiring
  • Internal communication interface, collects data from all extension modules at any time for high communication efficiency
  • Connects multiple Ethernet devices with dual ports to simplify wiring
  • Supports Modbus TCP and Ethernet / IP
