Delta Showcases Power Solutions for Various Applications at ELECRAMA 2025

The biennial electrical industry event ELECRAMA 2025 began from February 22nd- 26th in Greater Noida, India. Under the theme of Smart Manufacturing, Delta showcased advanced automation equipment, data center solutions, building automation equipment, smart energy facility, and EV solutions.

Among all exhibits, the most eye-catching ones were the new D-Bot series Collaborative Robots (Cobots). These 6-axis cobots boast up to 30 kg payload capacity, suitable for a broad range of applications that require smart manufacturing capabilities, such as packaging, pick-and-place, electronics assembly, materials handling, welding, machine tending, and more. Moreover, these cobots integrate seamlessly with Delta’s VTScada SCADA system, DIATwin digital twin platform, machine vision systems and more to help customers upgrade the productivity, reliability, and efficiency of their manufacturing.Leveraging the advanced power electronics, Delta showcased power solutions for various applications during the event. The highlights included:

Data Center Solutions
Delta showcased an integrated data center solution, including infrastructure, power supplies, and thermal solutions to support high-end cloud services. The exhibits included the ORV3-conforming 21-inch 1OU 33kW power shelf. The Shelf contains six hot-swappable 5.5 kW power supply units to deliver a maximum power output of 33kW and achieves up to 97.5% efficiency. It can be integrated with Delta’s power management controller (PMC), which highlights a Power over Ethernet (PoE) function up to 1 GbE rate, making them ideally suited for the needs of hyper-scale data centers in the era of AI.

The Titanium-certificated power supply units for AI servers is also displayed, including the 5,200W CRPS that features 180-264VAC input voltage, 12VDC standby DC output, and 12mS hold-up time at 80% load. The 3,200W MCRPS was also presented during the event. Its energy conversion efficiency reaches up to 96% at 50% load.

E-Scooter Charging Solutions
Delta exhibited many charging solutions for the e-scooters, including the charging modules for battery swapping stations and the portable chargers. For battery-swapping stations, Delta provides 1.5kW and 3kW charging modules that feature up to 94% efficiency, enabling fast and low-power-waste charging for batteries inside stations. Three portable chargers for the e-scooters with built-in batteries were also launched, including 720W, 1,500W, and 3,000W models. All achieve 94% efficiency and feature IP67 rating, suitable for charging under harsh environments.

Industrial Power Supplies
For industrial automation equipment, Delta showcased several industrial power supplies, including the DIN rail power supply Force-GT Series, Chrome II Series, and LYTE II Series. The panel-mount-type PMT2 Series was also presented for different applications.

  •  Force-GT Series: Features -30°C to 70°C wide operating temperature range, -40°C cold start and up to 60°C full-load operation, making it suitable for harsh environments. It has up to 95% efficiency to reduce unnecessary power waste for industrial robots, high-end industrial equipment, and others.
  • Chrome II Series: With-30°C to 70°C wide operating temperature range and up to 50°C full-load operating temperature, the Series allows stable operation under rigorous surroundings. Its Class II double-insulation input spares the earth connections. The Series meets the DIN 43880 standard, making it ideal for the control cabinets of the automated systems.
  •  LYTE II Series: Featuring a 30% slimmer footprint than the previous generation, it saves installation space for compact equipment. It has 30°C to 50°C operating temperature and can work in a constant current mode, making it suitable for inductive and capacitive loads applications such as CNC machines and control cabinets.
  •  PMT2 Series: Offers a wide operating temperature range from -30°C to 70°C and supports -40°C cold start. Its 30mm-height, low-profile design provides stable power under limited installation space to various factory machinery and equipment.

Power and Components
Delta showcased many thermal and power products during the ELECRAMA 2025. For industrial and 5G telecom equipment, Delta exhibited diverse converters for the DC power distribution, including the iconic half-brick, non-isolated H60SB Series. It supports 9 – 60V voltage input and 0 – 60V output with up to 50A and 3,000W outputs. The Series has up to 98% power conversion efficiency and conforms to the PMBus communication protocol, allowing operation under harsh industrial environments.
Delta also presented multiple PD and non-PD adapters to address charging needs for consumer electric devices, including the 330W and 400W models released last year. The 330W model features 488cc slim volume, and the 400W model complies with the latest DOE Level VII and ERP Lot VII energy regulations. Both support high-end gaming and AI laptops.

Consumer Power Solutions
Delta also presented the USB dual-port 60W / 20W Type A+C socket outlets, featuring up to 92% single-port-output energy efficiency and fast, adapter-free charging for consumer electronic devices.
In the meantime, Delta’s consumer brand Innergie showed three models of its flagship One For All Series Charger, including the C4 Duo, C6 Duo, and C10 Duo dual-port chargers. All the models feature small form factors by adopting the third-generation semiconductor GaN and the PFC thin transformer technology. They are equipped with the exclusive “Dynamic Smart Power Allocation” to distribute the required power based on each charging device’s demand and can be applied to various electric devices, such as earbuds, smartphones, tablets, and laptops.
