Towards the Industry 4.0: Delta Unveils Innovative Automation and Industrial Vehicle Charging Solutions at ProMat and LogiMAT 2025

Delta just participated in two major global logistics exhibitions: LogiMAT in Stuttgart, Germany (March 11th-13th) and ProMat in Chicago, USA (March 17th-20th).  Delta presented the theme "Empower Your Automated Warehouse and Logistics" with three main exhibition areas: "Low-Power Industrial Vehicle Charging Solutions", "High-Power Industrial Vehicle Charging Solutions", and "Automated Logistics and Smart Warehousing."

During the tradeshows, several efficient vehicle charging and intelligent logistics automation solutions were highlighted, including the M∞Vair and M∞Vbase charging systems for industrial vehicle. The D-Bot collaborative robot, the functional safety certified A3-EP servo drive and AX-5 controller and the Integrated Conveyor Tracking System featuring the 3D ToF Smart Camera DMV-T were also on display for smart, automated warehousing. All the aforementioned solutions attracted many worldwide industry professionals.

M∞Vbase Multi-Port Charging System
Designed for the most adopted contacted charging vehicles, the MVbase Series allows up to 30 kW/96V charging at impressive charging capability of 640A with 94% efficiency. The Series delivers maximum operational uptime as well as advanced battery recovery modes to extend battery life. Its Ethernet connectivity allows easy integration into fleet management systems.
Among the MVbase portfolio, the newly-launched MVbase Multi-Port Charging System made its debut at LogiMAT 2025 and ProMat 2025. By enabling simultaneous charging of up to three vehicles or batteries with different voltage levels using a single AC connection, the MVbase Multi-Port Charging System significantly reduces installation costs and complexity. This versatile solution is tailored for modern, cost-conscious logistics environments.

M∞Vair Wireless Charging Systems
For smart factories, Delta showcased the MVair Wireless Charging Systems, each comprising a primary unit connected to the AC supply and an onboard unit for battery connection. They support the CANbus and CANopen protocols to communicate with vehicles and feature autonomous charging within a gap of 0 -150 mm and up to 95% efficiency, surpassing traditional contact charging. In addition, the MVair Series adopts Delta’s patented PPL (Pad-Pad-Link) technology. Unlike traditional Wi-Fi or Bluetooth, PPL operates outside busy radio spectrums and is highly resilient against environmental factors like dust and dirt, ensuring unmatched performance and reliability.
The Series offers power options from 1kW to 30kW to support the entire range of industrial vehicles, such as AGVs, AMRs, forklifts, e-trucks…etc., and requires no manual plugging and minimal maintenance. For small vehicles such as AGVs and AMRs, Delta exhibited a live-demo AGV equipped with the MVair 1kW Wireless Charging System during the LogiMAT, simulating AGV’s automatic charging at warehouses. The MVair 3.3kW Wireless Charging System was also on display for large AGVs and AMRs. For bigger vehicles such as forklifts and e-trucks, Delta demonstrated the MVair 10kW / 30kW models, which are served to realize flexible, autonomous charging.

M∞Von Onboard Charger and DC-DC Converter for Industrial Vehicles
For power conversion inside the industrial vehicles, the M∞Von 720W onboard charger and DC-DC converters were also presented. The onboard charger is compatible with various types of lead acid and lithium batteries and supports CANbus communication protocol to integrate with smart vehicle systems. It also features a robust design that can withstand shock and vibration, and its sealed housing ensures stable operation in wet or polluted environments, suitable for powered pallet trucks, scissor lifts, aerial platforms, floor cleaning machines, golf carts and more. The DC-DC converters also feature IP69K high water/dust proof and -35°C to 85°C wide operating temperature range for harsh industrial environments.

Industrial Power Supplies for Automated Logistics Equipment
For warehousing and logistics equipment, Delta presented industrial power supplies as well. The Force-GT Series DIN-Rail Power Supplies offer both single and three-phase models that deliver up to 960W power and 95% efficiency. The Force-GT’s circuit board protective coating design not only ensures its compatibility with warehousing and logistics equipment but also with more demanding environments such as semiconductors, industrial equipment, and green energy facilities. On the other hand, the IMA PLUS Series Panel Mount Power Supplies deliver a maximum 2,000W power output with 150% peak power for 5 seconds. They also feature the PMBus communication protocol for control, programming and monitoring, suitable for smart logistics equipment.
