Delta Electronics' Shareholders Approve NT$7.00 Cash Dividend

Taipei, May 29, 2025 - Delta Electronics, Inc.(“Delta”) today held its Annual General Shareholders’ Meeting, in which shareholders approved, among other resolutions, the Company’s financial results of 2024 and the respective dividend for shareholders: Each share shall receive a cash dividend of NT$7.00. The shareholders also approved the removal of non-competition restriction for directors of the Company.
