Delta Gears Up for SEMICON Taiwan 2023 with Subsidiary Universal Instruments
SEMICON Taiwan 2023 is opening from September 6 to 8 to cover key industry themes such as advanced manufacturing, heterogeneous integration, smart manufacturing, sustainability, and others. The show is expected to attract hundreds of exhibitors from Taiwan and overseas. Counting down to this annual grand event, Delta has announced its attendance and booth location at Q5446, 1F, Hall 2, Taipei Nangang Exhibition Center, along with its U.S.-based subsidiary Universal Instruments, where they will focus on semi-front/back-end processes and showcase Wafer & Grinding Solutions as well as High-Speed, Multi-Die Advanced Packaging. Delta is dedicated to providing comprehensive solutions for high-precision processing and assisting the semiconductor industry in establishing state-of-the-art automated production lines and smart factories to move towards smart manufacturing.
In addition to the featured exhibits, Delta was invited by the exhibition organizer to give a presentation at the Smart Manufacturing Expo Taiwan Meet the Expert seminar and will introduce “Intelligent System Architectures for Heterogenous Integration Assembly” on September 8 by Glenn Farris, Vice President, Strategic Marketing, Universal Instruments. Delta and Universal Instruments welcome the press and visitors to come to its booth at SEMICON Taiwan 2023 to learn more about facilitating smart manufacturing upgrades in integrated circuit production.
