Delta to Share the Marvels of Smart Manufacturing with Upcoming Webinars in 2021!

Delta's Industrial Automation Business Group (IABG) will host four webinars on March 5th, 12th, 19th, and 26th, 2021. Our professional product managers will share their significant practical experience in smart & green factory management and visualization. These events will have in-depth discussions on factory monitoring, process control and warehousing management integration, manufacturing equipment and energy management, and will present Delta's optimal solutions. 



In addition, the webinars will highlight Delta's new edgeMES for Machine Making to assist machine makers in rapidly deploying digitalized green factories and to facilitate hassle-free factory visualization and management.



Topics of the smart manufacturing webinars in March 2021 include:



• Mar. 5th – Factory Visualization: Digitized Factories and Manufacturing Management 

The Advanced VTScada System provides an intuitive operating interface for real-time operation. It can help customers easily manage large systems in large fields, conduct multi-area monitoring with less labor, and plan comprehensive functions. The second session of this event will introduce the DIAMMP Industry Automation Manufacturing Management Platform to assist users in M2M connection, factory transformation, remote monitoring, and achieving digitized production and high efficiency. 



• Mar. 12th - Smart Manufacturing on the Cloud for Machinery Equipment, Process Control and Warehousing Integration Management

This event will highlight the new edgeMES for Machine Making for improving the efficiency of data analysis for machinery and equipment manufacturers. It provides quick access after software subscription and enables remote maintenance. With Microsoft's Azure cloud and Trend Micro's security system, Delta ensures information and data exchange safety and SaaS subscription. 



In response to the needs of online viewers during webinars in 2020, Delta will also share its practical experience in improving material management and process efficiency through the integration of warehousing and manufacturing management systems to achieve optimal production efficiency.



• Mar. 19th - Quality First: Equipment and Quality Management

Delta will introduce how the DIAEMS Equipment Management System collects and integrates equipment information, and present how the DIASPC Statistical Process Control System enables real-time monitoring during production. With the two systems, customers can control the equipment operation status, conduct operational analysis, eliminate problems in time, and most importantly, ensure product quality.



• Mar. 26th – Green Manufacturing: Energy Management in Factories

To improve energy consumption efficiency for customers, Delta will elaborate on how customers manage electricity demand and build energy-saving policies with Delta's DIAEnergie Industrial Energy Management System, optimized industrial automation products, and smart meters.
