What should I do if a Delta robot shows the alarm “EC015 NAND Flash data checksum error"?
This alarm indicates a bad block in the internal memory of the robot controller. For a robot with firmware version v7402_033 or above, the system will automatically repair when the controller starts up. Users only need to clear the alarm.
For earlier firmware versions (below v7402_033), please refer to the following steps.
To manually trigger NAND Flash repair:
1. Launch Delta Robotic Automation Software DRAStudio > Parameter > Controller > Setting Parameters
2. Fill in “0x4E41434C” to the value column of P1-08 and “1” to P1-09
3. Restart the robot controller to complete the repair
