What are the Compare Trigger functions of the EtherCAT Motion Control Card?
There are two types of Compare Trigger function:
1. One-Dimensional Compare Trigger: Provides equidistant trigger and table-based trigger and is commonly used in Line Scan imaging. The fastest Compare Trigger frequency is 100 k (10 µs / intervals). There is no limit on the maximum number of equidistant compare and a maximum of 100,000 entries for table-based compare.
2. Two-Dimensional Compare Trigger: Table-based trigger with two-dimensional planar motion. Typically used in equipment with flying trigger technology for precise imaging at specified positions and is only supported by PCIE-L221-B1D0. The maximum number of compare is 100,000 entries. The fastest compare frequency is 40 k (25 µs / intervals).
