When the touch position of the touch panel is not in the right position, we recommend that you use the touch panel recalibration function to recalibrate the touch panel point. The recalibration function is located in the system menu of the touch panel. To enter the system menu in the touch panel, press the system key which is located at the back of the touch panel for 3 seconds. Before entering the system menu screen of the touch panel, please move the mouse to left or right until the touch panel function enters the system setting function. Choose ‘calibrate’ to start the recalibration process, where a point will appear on the touch panel. Use your fingertips to press the point for precise contact. After pressing several points, the recalibration process is complete. If after the recalibration process, the touch point is still off by a far distance, it means the touch panel needs repair.
