The reason may be that the firmware version is too outdated and results in communication failure. When such problem occurs, select from the desktop Start => Programs => Delta Industrial Automation => HMI => DOP eRemote or DOP eServer => Update Firmware Tool and open the dialogue box below: Select a communication interface (USB or Ethernet) and press "Update" to upgrade the firmware.
