Can refer API54 DHSCR instruction. Only for EH hardware high speed counter and use external X for return point. Return point is ON, counter returns, and M1261=ON, then DHSCR result output (Y returns）. Return point is ON, counter returns, and M1261=OFF, then DHSCR result not output (Y not returns）.
