Yes. The DCSS controller supports up to 500 sets of screw types (parameters) and allows storage of up to 500 sets of tightening recipes (sequences). Operators can quickly switch between different screwdriving parameters, including torque, rotation speed, and target depth, through the touchscreen or external commands, thereby reducing downtime for equipment adjustments and production line changeovers.
Additionally, the DCSS system supports Ethernet and provides comprehensive data connectivity, enabling the upload of screwdriving results, barcode information, work orders, and historical records. It also supports the generation of screwdriving curves. Relevant data can be integrated into MES systems to support production history management and quality traceability.
