When I am downloading the Screen parameters for the CNC Solution B Series to the controller, the message ‘incorrect model name’ appears. What should I do?
The message indicates that the model for the Screen file is different from the controller model for downloading. Please use DOPSoft, select Options > Change Model to change it to the correct model.
