The CNC can scan barcodes corresponding to processing programs with a barcode scanner. The scanned barcodes will be arranged in sequence for the controller’s processing. There is no need to select a specific file every time when a user changes the processing processes.Please follow the steps below for configuration:1. Set the parameter ”Barcode reading setup” as 1 and reboot the system. 2. Arrange the processing programs with the same name as the bardcodes under the CF card directory. Example: The scanned bardcodes ”97895756670” & ”97898620151” are the processing program names under the CF card directory. 3. Click ”BARCODE” on the Program Execute screen in automatic mode. 4. Scan the barcodes of the processing programs with the barcode scanner. All the scanned barcodes will be arranged from top to bottom. 5. Click ”LOAD” to load the top first program to the CNC controller and the rest of the programs will move upwards accordingly. Then click ”RUN” to start the processing program.
