The Compare function is the reverse process of the Capture function. The items stored in the data array will be compared to the signal of a physical axis (main encoder, linear encoder, or pulse train). The Compare function uses the instant position of the motion axis to compare with the value which is stored in the data array. When the compare conditions are satisfied, the DO4 signal will output immediately for motion control. The signal to DO4 for the Compare function is a physical signal and cannot be simulated from software. It can complete a precise Compare function for high-speed motion axis.
