A strange value is displayed if the data length setting is not correct. Most users set up data lengths as “double word” in the numeric display. Although most of the values are “double word”, there are shorter ones, so other data may overlap.

Please refer to the example and solution below:
1. In this project, the Axis #1 MotionDown status shows a strange value. (The value should be 0-70)



2. Check the setting of this numeric display, and the data length is set as “double word”.


3. The data length of this value should be “word”


4. Change the data length to “word”, download it to the IMP system, and the displayed value will return to normal.
