The interface of the programming software ASDA-Soft 5.3.3.0 version is shown below:

STEP0. Connect the AC Servo Drive ASDA-A2 Series with a motor, and then open the ASDA-Soft Software
STEP1. Open the “Auto Gain Tuning” page (STEP 1 in the screenshots)
STEP2. Click “Enable Gain Control Panel” (STEP 2 in the screenshots)
STEP3. Click “Servo On” (STEP 3 in the screenshots)
STEP4. Set up acceleration time (at least 200rpm is suggested), and then click the “download” button (STEP 4 in the screenshots)
STEP5. The user can set up positioning of the 2 points through the front/reverse buttons in the Jog section. 3 laps or more are suggested. After setting up, click the “Start” button (STEP 5 in the screenshots)
STEP6. The motor will keep moving back and forth based on the set up positioning of the 2 points. After the Estimate JL/Jm value stabilizes, click the “Set J” button (STEP 6 in the screenshots)
STEP7. Write down the Estimate JL/Jm value to the inertia ratio in the section upper left, and set up a bandwidth (initial 50Hz gradually increased to 100Hz is suggested) (STEP 7 in the screenshots)
STEP8. Click the “Compute” button, and then click “===>>” to import the setting into the AC servo drive to complete set up (STEP 8 in the screenshots)
