If the interval time of the “Data Log” function on DPMSoft is already set at 5 seconds, the background color of this function will turn red to indicate setup failure. (See Pic. 1) The problem can be solved by using the following steps:
Step 1: Change the interval time to 0 min. 0 sec. (this stops the function) and click “Store Interval Set”. (See Pic. 2)
Step 2: After Step 1, change any “Data Store Setting” ranging from 01~ 17 if needed and then click “Set Data Log Setting” (See Pic. 3).
Step 3: After completing Step 2, reset the interval time and click “Store Interval Set” for final setup. (See Pic.4)
