1.Wiring for Spindle Input Terminal Signal:
The NC300 series controller features one spindle feedback input and two hardware high speed counter inputs. Please see the figure and table below for the wiring and corresponding pin numbers for high speed counter inputs.

2.Parameter Setting:
To set high speed counter input 1 for G31 interruption input, three parameters need to be specified:
A.Parameter 46: Set Bit5=1 to enable the function of G31 input
B.Parameter 307:
Set Bit4~5 =1 to allow G31 to be selected via high speed counter input 1 (HSI_1)
Set Bit4~5 =2 to allow G31 to be selected via high speed counter input 1 (HSI_2)
C.Parameter 25:
For input limit of high speed counter input 1 (HSI_1), set Bit0 = 0 (open→ON, close→ OFF) and Bit0=1 (open→OFF, close→ ON).
For input limit of high speed counter input 2 (HSI_2), set Bit1 = 0 (open→ON, close→ OFF) and Bit1=1 (open→OFF, close→ ON).
3.Signal Verification:
After completing the hardware wiring and parameter setting, set the special M device which corresponds to the CNC controller. Set high speed counter input 1 (HSI_1) with special M2142=1 and set high speed counter input 2 (HSI_2) with special M2143=1.
